1. Weddings & Corporate Sales Executive

 

We are looking for an ambitious & hard working Corporate Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Contacting prospective new clients through a variety of mediums 
  •  Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments 
  •  Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  •  Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  •  Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary change
  •  Manage and maintain great working relationships with new and repeating clients

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically

 2. Warehouse Supervisor 

 

We are looking for an ambitious and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. 

 

Key responsibilites:

  • Receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
  • Determine staffing needs and assign workload.
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience as a supervisor ideally in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of IT and MS Office proficiency
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ideally knowledge of Maltese and English language

 

3. Accounts Clerk 

 

We are looking for an organised Accounts Clerk with a keen eye for detail. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Liaise with external auditors.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Respond to supplier’s inquiries.

 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • At least two years of experience in an accounting role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in SAGE is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and a supportive, team building personality.
  • Fluency in Maltese & English. 

 

4. Delivery Driver 

 

We are looking for a Delivery Driver, working on a full-time basis, to help support our warehouse operations. 

 

Duties & Responsibilites: 

  • Load, transport, and deliver items to clients promptly and safely.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries and verify items against delivery documentation.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles as needed.
  • Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Follow assigned routes and adhere to designated time schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company as needed.

 

Requirements: 

  • Motivated and a cooperative team player.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Possession of a clean and valid Maltese driver's license B is mandatory.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting performance expectations.

 

5. General Maintenance Technician - Casual

 

We are looking for an organised and handy General Maintenance Technician to join our team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment and machinery requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot to determine necessary repairs.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks that do not necessitate specialized technicians.
  • Procure necessary supplies and materials for the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility.

 

Required Skills: 

  • Proficiency in following instructions accurately.
  • Knowledge of general carpentry techniques and repair procedures.
  • Competence in utilizing both hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

 

6. Chef De Partie - Larder Section 

 

Neriku LTD is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence in their assigned section of the kitchen.

 

Key Responsibilites:

  • Prepare food in the larder following recipes and cooking standards
  • Maintain productivity levels by delegating tasks to commis de cuisine and ordering food products. 
  • Uphold consistent high quality of food items as per company standards
  • Assist in preparing and completing requisition forms

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification 
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a professional kitchen
