1. Warehouse Supervisor

 

Currently Neriku is expanding its warehouse operations and is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Company.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Implementing and overseeing security operations
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Ensuring the safety of staff
  • Motivating and training staff members
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Ability to operate forklift effectively
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

 

 

2. Driver

 

We are looking for a responsible and experienced driver.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To deliver goods to a variety of households and companies
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
  • To up-keep and maintain the company vehicle in a good and clean condition
  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering food in a timely, cordial manner

 

Requirements: 

  • Applicants must have an excellent command, both written and spoken, of the English language
  • Applicants must be very well groomed with good appearance
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift and handle boxes

 

 

3. Operations Co - Ordinator

 

Do you have a good understanding of how a large - scale kitchen operates? Are you service oriented? Than this job might be just for you! We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to manage a project.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the day to day operations of a project
  • Implement day to day procedures for smooth operations of the project
  • Ensure quality management of the project
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients
  • Do regular site visits and meet with customers 
  • Take the lead on customer satisfaction, managing any complaints, taking on board any suggestions and continually look to improve
  • Manage inventory & place orders as necessary to maintain adequate supplies
  • Ensure compliance to sanitation, health & safety legislation
  • Create the weekly roster of your team
  • Supervise, manage & assist in the direction of the overall performance of the team

 

Requirements:

4. HR & Payroll Executive

 

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced & responsible HR & Payroll Executive to join our Team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
  • Manage the recruitment process, including interviews, screening and onboarding
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, job offer letters etcetera
  • Manage and handle the orientation of new employees
  • Assess the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
  • Process HR-related paperwork, such as work permits
  • Support Department managers in Hr – related topics
  • Support employee performance management activities, including performance appraisal processes and probation review forms
  • Responsible to organise the company payroll
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR projects and initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and good relationship building
  • Competent level of English & Maltese

5. Head Pastry Chef

 

We are currently looking for a determined and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join our team. The individual will be responsible to operate & manage the preparation & production of all desserts and pastries.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement systems & procedures to streamline workflow & increase productivity
  • Create new & innovative desserts that are both visually appealing & delicious, while also staying within budget constraints
  • Manage inventory & place orders as necessary to maintain adequate supplies
  • Ensure compliance to sanitation, health & safety legislation
  • Ensure quality management of the pastry department
  • Create the weekly roster of your team
  • Supervise, manage & assist in the direction of the overall performance of the team
  • Keep abreast of new food trends & developments, and incorporate them into menu offerings as appropriate

6. Corporate Sales Executive

 

We are looking for a ambitious & hard working Corporate Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •        Contacting prospective new clients through a variety of mediums 
  •        Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
  •        Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  •        Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  •        Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary change
  •        Manage and maintain great working relationships with new and repeating clients

7. Turkish Chef

 

We are currently looking for an experienced contract catering Turkish chef.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong background of kitchen management experience, in a high-volume catering environment
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and coach a team of chefs
  • Ability to cook authentic Turkish meals 
  • Ability to maintain food production standards and quality control in large scale operation
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage costs and reduce wastage
  • Understanding of budget management and the ability to contribute to meeting financial forecasts
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality meals.
  • Willingness to adapt and work closely with management to meet the evolving needs of the business
